A garden is beautiful only if there are various kinds of trees, plants and flowers in it. An organization that has diverse people is more beautiful, than the one that doesn’t.

Do not stereotype people based on their background, culture, religion or anything else. Judge them based only on the value of what they do, say or offer. Do not underestimate people or their capability based on their gender. There are high and low performers in both men and women.

Diversity of gender, language, region and background makes us inclusive. More importantly, plurality of thought and intelligence makes us effective and innovative. Think different. Appreciate the people who have a different point of view or something dissimilar to offer. Always encourage various lines of thinking. It is that kind of plurality of thought that will bring in more powerful ideas and solutions.

Well said . I too agree that in a modern organisation where diversity prevails a leader needs to listen to the various plurality of thoughts, and listens to such thoughts as a part of inclusion.
